• Website downtime or system errors
• Losses based on third-party tools such as Follow Up Boss or MLS

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for services.

We use platforms such as CRM tools, MLS portals, lender tools, inspection scheduling software, etc. Their use is governed by their respective policies.

These Terms are governed by state real estate laws of Georgia.
